Job Opportunity: Aviation Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

Plan and organize flight operations, ensuring timely departures and arrivals
Coordinate with pilots, ground staff, and different departments to ensure seamless operational workflow
Monitor and address operational challenges, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
Analyze flight data and performance metrics, identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with maintenance and support staff to ensure optimal aircraft condition
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing passenger inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in the aviation industry, preferably in flight operations or airline management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using aviation software and systems
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Valid driver's license
Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
