Position: R&D Solutions Architect

We are looking for a passionate R&D Solutions Architect to join our Innovations Team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge solutions by leveraging our research and technological advancements. Your main responsibilities will include:

Leading the planning and execution of innovative projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Creating and maintaining a visionary roadmap for our R&D solutions, staying abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
Collaborating with researchers, engineers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into practical solutions that drive value for our customers.
Contributing to the development and improvement of our research methodologies, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and scalability.
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in software development and architecture, preferably within the research domain.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Familiarity with laboratory processes, research methodologies, and data analysis techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment.
Adaptability and the willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends.
