Position: Research and Development Associate

Job Description:

Conduct detailed research and analysis to support product development initiatives
Create and implement experimental designs, tests, and procedures
Collect, interpret, and document research data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop prototypes and refine product concepts
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in materials and technologies
Assist in managing laboratory resources and maintaining equipment
Contribute to the development of new testing protocols and measurement methodologies
Support the continuous improvement of research processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Materials Science, Engineering, Chemistry)
Experience working in a research-intensive environment
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented approach and the ability to follow protocols accurately
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Passion for outdoor activities and familiarity with outdoor gear is a plus
