As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships with the local community, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere that encourages collaboration and partnership. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our district and make a difference in the lives of students and families.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to connect with local organizations, businesses, and stakeholders.
Plan and organize events that promote community involvement and support the district's educational initiatives.
Collaborate with school administrators and staff to identify community needs and create impactful outreach programs.
Facilitate communication between the district and community members to address concerns and gather feedback.
Manage community outreach initiatives and partnerships to enhance the district’s impact and visibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience in community engagement, public relations, or related roles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and event planning abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-centered environment.
Passion for promoting inclusivity and building strong community connections.
