Position: Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Stanley Electric, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality in our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for implementing quality control systems, conducting inspections, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement.

We are looking for candidates with a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control processes in accordance with industry standards
Conduct regular inspections to identify any defects or non-conformance
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
Create and maintain documentation of quality procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and quality control techniques
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
