Position: Creative Impact Specialist
At Nevada State Contractors Board, we are passionate about making a positive impact in our community. We are currently looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Impact Specialist.
As a Creative Impact Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to promote our organization's mission through engaging content and meaningful campaigns. You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure our message is effectively communicated to the public, while maintaining a strong emphasis on our friendly and collaborative company culture.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement creative advertising and marketing campaigns that align with our social responsibility values
- Create compelling content across multiple channels such as social media, website, and newsletters
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and execute sustainable initiatives and impactful events
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and audience engagement
- Research industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to optimize strategies
- Partner with local organizations and NGOs to support environmental and charitable initiatives
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain brand guidelines across all materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Prior experience in creative advertising, marketing, or related roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in graphic design software and digital marketing tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Passion for social responsibility, sustainability, and community engagement
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
