Position: Wellness Coach

Responsibilities:

Guide and motivate clients in their fitness journey, helping them set and achieve realistic goals
Create personalized exercise programs based on clients' abilities, interests, and goals
Lead fitness classes and provide one-on-one coaching sessions
Monitor clients' progress, offer support and advice, and adapt programs as needed
Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness

Requirements:

Passion for health, fitness, and overall wellness
Proven experience in creating effective exercise programs
Certification in personal training, fitness instruction, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire others
Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
