Position: Mountain Adventure Specialist
We are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and have a love for adventure. As a Mountain Adventure Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding and instructing visitors throughout our resort, ensuring their safety and enjoyment. Your expertise combined with our state-of-the-art facilities will guarantee unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Lead group excursions, hikes, and other mountain activities.
- Provide instruction and assistance to visitors of all skill levels.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by implementing proper procedures.
- Promote our resort's commitment to environmental sustainability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outdoor activities, such as hiking, climbing, or skiing.
- Certification in a relevant field (e.g., mountaineering, outdoor instruction).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle diverse groups of people.
