Hotel Seerausch, located in the picturesque region of Obwalden, Switzerland, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in a pivotal role overseeing our diverse operations.
Position: Hospitality Management
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of daily operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff members.
- Maintain financial records, analyze data, and generate reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth coordination and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on hotel management.
- Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using hospitality management software.
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
