Leading group fitness classes and wellness workshops
Providing guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
Monitoring progress and providing support to help individuals reach their fitness goals

Requirements:

Relevant certification in fitness and wellness or related field
Proven experience in designing and implementing fitness programs
Strong understanding of exercise techniques and nutrition principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire individuals towards achieving their fitness goals
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client preferences
