- Leading group fitness classes and wellness workshops
- Providing guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
- Monitoring progress and providing support to help individuals reach their fitness goals
Requirements:
- Relevant certification in fitness and wellness or related field
- Proven experience in designing and implementing fitness programs
- Strong understanding of exercise techniques and nutrition principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals towards achieving their fitness goals
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client preferences
