Job Title: Experience Enhancement Specialist

Location: Bavaria, Germany

Overview: As an Experience Enhancement Specialist at SCHOTT, you will be part of a team dedicated to enhancing our consumer engagement and their overall interaction with our world-class products. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our recreational offerings and ensuring that we continue to lead the way in providing cutting-edge experiences.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer experience through our products and services
Engage in market research and assist in the development of forward-thinking recreational solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback and enhance product development based on consumer preferences
Drive initiatives to capture and integrate data insights for continuous improvement
Occasional travel may be required

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
Proven experience in product or experience management within a consumer-oriented industry
Passion for creating and facilitating unparalleled experiences for consumers
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams
Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt to evolving business needs
Fluency in English and German is a plus
