As the Outdoor Adventure Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for curating and leading outdoor excursions, fostering a spirit of exploration and fitness within our local community. You will utilize your expertise in outdoor sports and recreation to develop and coordinate engaging outdoor activities, such as hiking, rock climbing, and wilderness expeditions, that promote physical fitness and environmental stewardship.
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead outdoor adventure programs that cater to a diverse audience and skill levels.
- Create partnerships with local outdoor sports organizations and experts to enhance program offerings.
- Organize and oversee outdoor events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements to enhance participant experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and attract participants through various channels.
Qualifications:
- Passion for outdoor sports, fitness, and environmental conservation.
- Demonstrated experience in organizing outdoor activities, ideally within a community or organizational setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to engage, inspire, and guide participants.
- Knowledge of safety practices and procedures related to outdoor sports and recreation.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively.
