Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough reviews of regulatory requirements and legal obligations affecting our operations
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks
Monitor changes in laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance concerns and provide guidance
Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports as required
Conduct internal audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in regulatory compliance within the legal or related industry
Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements at the local, state, and federal levels
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Professional certifications in compliance or related fields are a plus
