Position: Community Health Advocate
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community health programs focused on preventive care and education.
- Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to promote health awareness and facilitate access to healthcare services.
- Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify community health needs.
- Plan and coordinate health campaigns, workshops, and events to address prevalent issues.
- Provide guidance and support to individuals and families in making informed health decisions.
- Advocate for policies and initiatives that enhance community health outcomes.
- Collect, analyze, and report health data to measure program effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Social Sciences, or Community Development.
- Proven experience in community engagement and health promotion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and community resources in North West is advantageous.
