Position: International Travel Experience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an International Travel Experience Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with clients and provide exceptional travel planning services tailored to their individual needs. By leveraging your expertise in the tourism industry, you will create unforgettable itineraries, uncover unique destinations, and curate unparalleled experiences for our high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities:

Engage with clients, understand their vacation preferences, and propose exciting travel ideas.
Research, analyze, and recommend exclusive destinations, activities, and accommodations.
Create detailed travel itineraries, ensuring a seamless and luxurious travel experience for clients.
Collaborate with our global network to negotiate and secure preferred rates and special privileges for our clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging destinations, and innovative travel experiences.
Build strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and local service providers to enhance our service offerings.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire travel journey, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in luxury travel or tourism.
Possess an extensive knowledge of global tourism trends, vacation hotspots, and cultural experiences.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively interact with high-net-worth clients.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills to handle complex travel arrangements.
Proficiency in using travel management systems and online booking tools.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
