Vodacom Group is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Specialist!

As a Supply Chain Specialist at Vodacom Group, you will play a critical role in the efficient and effective management of our logistics and transportation activities. You will be responsible for coordinating the flow of goods, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance our supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies
- Monitor and evaluate logistics performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement
- Optimize inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Analyze data and conduct research to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers
- Oversee the procurement process and negotiate contracts with suppliers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in supply chain management or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
