Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and customized service offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Drive initiatives to improve client satisfaction and loyalty, utilizing data-driven insights to implement effective strategies.
  • Evaluate client feedback and market trends to recommend and execute service enhancements and product offerings.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs and materials for bank staff to enhance client experience and service quality.

Your Qualifications:
