Your Role

As the Director of Development, you will play a key role in the realization of our projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire development process, ensuring efficient execution, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. Your main responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing the development team, providing guidance throughout all phases of the projects
Overseeing project planning, design, and budget management
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies
Executing due diligence, conducting market research, and identifying potential investment opportunities
Developing and implementing strategies to optimize project performance and profitability
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Proven track record of successful project management in the construction, real estate, or related industries
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively motivate and manage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of construction and development processes, including design, planning, and execution
Ability to identify and mitigate risks, problem-solve, and adapt to changing circumstances
Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
