Heritage Animal Care Specialist

Marina Genova Aeroporto is seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Heritage Animal Care Specialist. Our company is dedicated to providing the highest level of care and attention to our furry companions, ensuring they are healthy and happy while in our care.

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized care to a variety of heritage animal breeds, ensuring their well-being and comfort
Oversee the dietary needs and feeding schedules for all animals in our care
Develop and implement individualized exercise and enrichment programs
Maintain clean and sanitary living environments to promote animal health
Monitor and record behavioral and health developments for each animal under your care
Collaborate with the veterinary team when necessary to address medical concerns and administer treatments
Continuously stay updated on best practices in heritage animal care and welfare

Qualifications:

Proven experience working with heritage animal breeds, with a deep understanding of their specific needs and behaviors
Passion for animal welfare and a commitment to upholding high standards of care
Ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and pet owners, providing clear and compassionate guidance
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Certification in animal care or related field is a plus
