Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
Maintain a clean and presentable reception area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization
Assist with special events and activities to create an engaging atmosphere for guests
Stay updated on local events, festivals, and cultural highlights to provide relevant information to guests

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles
Positive attitude and highly customer-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
