Job Responsibilities:

Develop and design innovative educational programs to enhance the learning experience
Create engaging strategies to integrate technology into educational curriculum
Collaborate with educators to develop effective teaching methods and materials
Conduct research on best practices in education and implement new approaches
Organize and lead professional development workshops for educators
Utilize feedback and data analysis to continuously improve learning experiences

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in educational development or instructional design
Strong understanding of educational technology and its implementation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to think creatively and strategically
Passion for redefining traditional educational practices
Fluency in French and English is preferred
