We are seeking a Community Wellness Coordinator who will play a key role in fostering connections between local communities and the region's natural beauty. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to promote a healthy and active lifestyle in a way that celebrates inclusivity and cultural diversity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and organize community wellness events and activities that embrace a variety of cultural backgrounds
Collaborate with local organizations and sports groups to create inclusive fitness and outdoor programs
Empower diverse communities to engage in health and wellness practices, promoting accessible and inclusive fitness opportunities for all
Establish relationships with local leaders and influencers to advocate for active living and fitness within the community

Qualifications:

A genuine passion for promoting fitness and well-being within a multicultural environment
Experience in community engagement, event coordination, or related fields
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with individuals from various cultural backgrounds
An understanding of the importance of inclusivity and diversity within health and wellness initiatives
Proficiency in French and English, additional languages are a plus
