We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team in the Eastern Region of Iceland to help shape and grow our online presence, fostering meaningful connections within the community. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in engaging with diverse groups and fostering authentic relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance our digital presence, leveraging emerging technologies to foster community engagement.
- Manage and curate content across various online platforms to ensure consistency and relevance.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with local businesses and individuals, leveraging social networks and digital platforms to strengthen community ties.
- Analyze engagement metrics and interpret community feedback to refine our online strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in community engagement, social media, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to create and curate compelling and impactful digital content.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on inclusivity and empathy.
- Understanding of social media analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
