Community Outreach Specialist
As a Community Outreach Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting our cooperative's initiatives and connecting with our online audience. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with our community, fostering relationships and building brand affinity through digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our online presence
- Create compelling content for various online platforms
- Manage and grow our social media communities
- Monitor and analyze social media trends and engagement metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate campaigns and product launches
- Identify and implement innovative ways to engage with our target audience
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and comments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and implementing social media strategies
- Proficiency in using various social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of analytics tools to track and measure social media performance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for agriculture and sustainable farming practices
