Design and implement advanced behavioral enrichment programs that cater to the unique needs of each animal

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute pioneering strategies for animal well-being
Conduct research to stay at the forefront of industry advancements
Empower pet owners with knowledge and resources for better understanding and supporting their pets' behavioral needs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Proven track record in designing and implementing advanced behavioral enrichment programs for animals
Deep understanding of animal behavior and psychology
Experience in utilizing technology and data-driven insights to enhance animal well-being
