Exciting Opportunity: International Business Development Manager

As an International Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our global presence and driving our international growth. You will have the unique opportunity to expand our business horizons and establish Azvi as a leader in the pet industry across various countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze international market trends, competitor landscape, and potential business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enter new markets and expand our customer base
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product localization and compliance with international regulations
- Drive the development of effective marketing and sales strategies for global markets
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of international projects, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Proven track record in international business development, preferably within a consumer goods or retail industry
- Strong analytical skills, ability to identify market trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation
- Fluency in English and Spanish, additional languages considered a plus
