Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative strategies to enhance fan engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop and execute fan-centric initiatives.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of fan-related activities, promotions, and entertainment.

  • Act as a liaison between the organization and fans to address concerns and enhance communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in event management, hospitality, or customer service.
