Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive rewards and benefits strategies to align with our organizational objectives.
Design and manage engaging incentive programs that promote employee satisfaction and motivation.
Collaborate with various departments to integrate performance-based recognition initiatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Analyze market trends and utilize industry insights to ensure our rewards offerings remain competitive and compelling.
Oversee the administration of our rewards structure, ensuring seamless delivery and tracking of benefits.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and executing rewards and benefits programs within a corporate setting.
Strong understanding of modern digital engagement tools and their application in the context of human resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees and management.
