Job Description:

Curate and design eco-adventure experiences that captivate and educate travelers about the splendor of Mpumalanga's natural assets
Collaborate with local partners and guides to develop immersive excursions, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for visitors
Conduct ecological and cultural research to continuously enhance the authenticity and sustainability of our offerings
Provide exceptional customer service, catering to the unique interests and needs of each traveler
Contribute to the development of new adventure packages to meet the evolving demands of the travel market
Support marketing efforts by delivering compelling stories and content that showcase our eco-adventure experiences

Qualifications:

Proven experience in ecotourism, adventure travel, or related fields
Passion for conservation, sustainable tourism, and the preservation of local cultures
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in other languages being a plus
Demonstrated ability to craft unique and engaging travel experiences that resonate with diverse audiences
Strong organizational and project management abilities, with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
Deep understanding of environmental and cultural considerations in the development of tourism experiences
Bachelor's degree in environmental science, tourism management, or a related discipline; additional certifications in adventure guiding or nature interpretation are advantageous
