Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to join our team as a Sustainability and Innovation Specialist, dedicated to enhancing sustainable practices and driving innovation within our agricultural supply chain and product development processes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable farming strategies in collaboration with partner farmers
Identify opportunities for environmental and social impact in our agricultural processes
Lead and contribute to innovative product development initiatives
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while driving continuous improvement
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate and promote our sustainability initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in sustainable agriculture, rural development, or related areas
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and change within agricultural processes
Strong project management and communication skills
Passion for sustainability and a keen interest in the confectionery industry
Fluency in English and Swedish
