Your Role

As a Cultural Research Specialist, your primary focus will be to explore, analyze, and understand the diverse cultural preferences and needs within our community. Your insights will directly inform our strategies to provide culturally sensitive and inclusive food support programs. You will also collaborate with various departments to ensure that our services effectively encompass the cultural richness of our diverse population.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth cultural research to identify food preferences across the diverse ethnic communities.
Collaborate with local community leaders and organizations to understand cultural sensitivities towards food support programs.
Contribute to the development of culturally inclusive food distribution strategies and initiatives.
Provide data-driven insights to guide the implementation of culturally sensitive food support programs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated experience in cultural research, community engagement, or ethnographic study.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate cultural insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive collaborations among diverse groups.
