NORMANDY ASSOCIATION OF CULTURAL HERITAGE ADVOCATES is seeking a motivated and dynamic professional to join our team as an Innovation & Sustainability Specialist. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the preservation of cultural heritage while promoting innovation and sustainability within Normandy's local communities.

Your Role:

Research, analyze, and develop innovative strategies to improve sustainability within the local community, focusing on the intersection of cultural heritage and environmental conservation.
Collaborate with local stakeholders, government bodies, and organizations to implement sustainable practices while respecting Normandy's cultural heritage.
Contribute to the design and management of projects that promote renewable energy, efficient resource utilization, waste reduction, and ecological restoration.
Engage in community outreach programs to raise awareness about the importance of sustainable practices and encourage active participation.
Identify funding opportunities, prepare grant applications, and assist in fundraising efforts to support sustainable initiatives.
Stay informed about the latest advancements in sustainable technologies and practices, and effectively communicate these findings to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of sustainability or environmental conservation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build partnerships and engage with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
Passion for cultural heritage, sustainability, and a deep understanding of the environmental challenges faced by local communities.
