Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to safeguard our assets and infrastructure
Conduct risk assessments and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies
Monitor and analyze security risks and develop contingency plans
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations
Provide training and guidance to staff on security measures and emergency response protocols
Participate in the evaluation and selection of security equipment and technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Risk Management, or related field
Professional certification in security or risk management (e.g., Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) preferred
Proven experience in security management, risk assessment, or related field
Familiarity with security regulations, standards, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze complex security issues and provide effective solutions
