We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team. As a Financial Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial needs of our cooperative and its members. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting financial analysis and reporting
Assisting in the development of financial strategies
Ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management
Collaborating with internal teams to optimize financial operations
Advocating for financial literacy and education among members

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Proven experience in financial analysis and advisory roles
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural environment
Preferred experience in agricultural finance or cooperative environments
