Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze market trends, competition, and consumer insights to identify potential areas for business expansion
- Evaluate and recommend new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions
- Create and execute strategic plans to drive expansion initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and long-term growth strategies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in business development, strategic planning, or related roles within the franchise/chain industry
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and expansion, with a strong track record of delivering results
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment
- Proficiency in market research, financial analysis, and business performance metrics
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
