Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and technological advancements within the agricultural domain
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative solutions tailored to the specific needs of our agricultural clients
Overseeing the full lifecycle of solution development, from ideation to market launch, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value delivery
Contributing to the continuous improvement of existing products and services, ensuring ongoing alignment with industry standards and customer demands
Providing technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders, offering insight and guidance on the implementation and optimization of our solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agriculture, or related field
Proven track record of successful project management and solution development within the agricultural sector
Demonstrated proficiency in identifying and applying innovative technologies to address industry challenges
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
Passion for sustainability and commitment to driving positive change within the agricultural industry
Fluency in English and German, additional languages are a plus
Flexibility for international travel as required
