Position Available: Coastal Sustainability Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable coastal management practices
Cultivate partnerships with local farmers, fishermen, and stakeholders
Coordinate educational outreach programs to promote environmental awareness
Create and manage projects aimed at improving rural livelihoods
Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate best practices into our organization

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Marine Biology, Sustainability, or related field
Demonstrated experience in community engagement or rural development
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and coordinate collaborative efforts
Passion for sustainable agriculture, aquaculture, or coastal development
Fluency in Norwegian and English
