About the Role:

Develop individualized exercise programs based on thorough assessment and understanding of client needs
Provide ongoing support and guidance to help clients achieve their fitness and performance goals
Conduct fitness tests and assessments to track client progress and adjust programs as needed
Collaborate with the broader wellness team to create a cohesive and effective approach to client care

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
Nationally recognized certification such as NSCA, NASM, or ACSM
Demonstrated experience working in personalized performance enhancement and training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
