About the Role:
- Develop individualized exercise programs based on thorough assessment and understanding of client needs
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to help clients achieve their fitness and performance goals
- Conduct fitness tests and assessments to track client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Collaborate with the broader wellness team to create a cohesive and effective approach to client care
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
- Nationally recognized certification such as NSCA, NASM, or ACSM
- Demonstrated experience working in personalized performance enhancement and training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
