Position: Performance Enhancement Specialist

Job Description:

Design and implement customized fitness and wellness programs for our employees to enhance their overall performance and well-being within the workplace.
Collaborate with management to develop and conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions focused on physical fitness, stress management, and nutritional education.
Evaluate individual and group fitness levels, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide tailored guidance to employees.
Establish partnerships with local fitness professionals and develop corporate initiatives to promote health and fitness.
Create and manage an on-site fitness facility, including equipment management, class scheduling, and maintenance.
Continuously research and introduce innovative approaches to enhance employee well-being and physical performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
Proven experience in designing and delivering fitness programs, preferably in a corporate setting.
Certification as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor.
Demonstrated knowledge of nutrition and its influence on physical performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for promoting a culture of health and fitness in the workplace.
