Your Role:
As the Community Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our footprint within local and regional communities, forging impactful partnerships and programs that resonate with our core values. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute community-driven initiatives, ensuring that our efforts align with our commitment to positive societal impact and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with local nonprofits, NGOs, and government entities to identify collaborative opportunities
- Develop and oversee community-based projects that foster inclusion, diversity, and environmental stewardship
- Strategize and execute events, including workshops, volunteer programs, and sustainability forums
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of community engagement initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement

Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Relations, or related field
- Proven experience in community engagement, CSR, or nonprofit management
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent project management abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently with a proactive mindset
