Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Human Kinetics, or related field
Proven experience in developing and implementing performance enhancement programs
Strong understanding of biomechanics and exercise physiology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
