We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team at Gleeden, an innovative leader in creating exceptional digital experiences. As a Digital Experience Specialist, you will be at the forefront of transforming customer engagement within the digital realm.

Responsibilities:

Devise and implement strategies to enhance the overall digital experience for our customers
Analyze customer behavior and feedback to optimize user interactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative technologies into our digital platforms
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in digital experience
Create and execute A/B testing to optimize user interface and experience
Champion the use of data-driven insights to continually enhance user journeys
Work closely with the marketing team to align digital experience with brand initiatives
Provide expertise and support in developing customer-focused digital solutions
Contribute to the ideation and innovation of new digital initiatives that elevate our brand

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
Proven experience in strategizing, developing, and implementing digital engagement initiatives
Demonstrated ability to effectively use customer insights and analytics to drive digital initiatives
Expertise in UX/UI design principles and best practices
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple digital projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A passion for innovation and a keen eye for emerging technologies
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Fluency in French and English is preferred
