Role Overview:

As a Franchise Development Manager at Booking.com, you will be responsible for driving franchise partnership development, fostering relationships with potential franchisees, and expanding our dynamic hotel chain. You will identify and assess potential franchise partners, negotiate and finalize agreements, and provide ongoing support to ensure the success of our franchise network. This role requires a keen understanding of market trends, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners and opportunities for expansion.
  • Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements in line with established business goals and guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to ensure the successful implementation of our brand standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage resources and expertise that drive franchise growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in franchising, business development, or chain management within the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing franchise partnership strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
