Responsibilities:

Develop and execute production strategies that align with our commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
Oversee and optimize operational processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and productivity.
Implement technology and innovation to elevate our manufacturing practices.
Establish and maintain a culture of excellence, accountability, and safety throughout the production process.
Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve production goals while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a leadership role within the food manufacturing or related industry, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
Deep understanding of sustainable manufacturing processes and a commitment to environmental responsibility.
Ability to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively at all levels.
