The Henderson Group is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst. Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our finance division, supporting strategic decision-making and financial planning. This is a key position that requires a deep understanding of financial data, an analytical mindset, and a passion for delivering insights to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed financial analysis, including monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and projections
Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze financial data for business planning and investment decisions
Identify trends, advise the company on financial strategy, and support strategic planning
Develop financial models to support negotiations and decision-making processes
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including timely and accurate reporting
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g. CFA, CPA) is a plus
Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst, ideally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Proficiency in financial software applications and advanced Excel skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
A strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards
