We are seeking a Multicultural Outreach Coordinator to work within our Pets/Animals-related programs, contributing to our mission and vision of inclusivity, understanding, and international collaboration.

Position Overview

As a Multicultural Outreach Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our organization with diverse communities around the world. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing outreach strategies that engage multicultural audiences and fostering relationships with international partners. You will be instrumental in driving our initiatives forward and ensuring that our Pets/Animals programs are globally relevant and inclusive.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute outreach plans to connect with multicultural communities
Identify and collaborate with international organizations to expand our reach
Conduct research to understand global trends and multicultural perspectives in the Pets/Animals industry
Organize events and activities that celebrate diversity and inclusivity within our programs
Work closely with the marketing team to create multicultural-specific content and materials

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Cultural Studies, Multicultural Marketing, or related field
Demonstrated experience in multicultural outreach and engagement
Strong understanding of global cultural nuances and diversity dynamics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with individuals from various cultural backgrounds
Passion for promoting inclusivity and fostering global connections
