Josko Fenster und Türen GmbH is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Business Insights Analyst. As part of our Market Research and Data Analysis team, you will play a critical role in gathering and interpreting data to drive strategic business decisions in the dynamic field of fenestration and architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the architectural solutions sector.
Utilize statistical methods to interpret data and uncover actionable insights to support business growth initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations for product development and market positioning.
Develop and maintain comprehensive databases to capture market intelligence and competitive landscape.
Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Business Administration, or Statistics.
Demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies.
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SPSS, SAS, or R.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
