Responsibilities:

Facilitate language exchange initiatives to support aviation-related professionals in the Veneto area.
Develop and implement multicultural integration programs in collaboration with local aviation organizations.
Provide language education and cultural guidance to enhance interpersonal communication among diverse teams.
Contribute to the development of linguistic resources tailored to the aviation and aerospace industry.
Support the coordination of international exchange events and workshops, fostering a multicultural environment.

Requirements:

Fluency in English and Italian; proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset.
Experience in cross-cultural communication or multicultural integration programs.
A strong passion for aviation and aerospace industry-related language dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse cultural and linguistic groups.
