As a Learning & Development Specialist at Merck KGaA, you will be responsible for spearheading the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative learning programs aimed at enhancing the professional development of our employees. Your primary focus will be to create and deliver tailored learning initiatives that align with our strategic goals and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning solutions
- Design and deliver engaging training materials, workshops, and e-learning modules
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs and continuously refine content to ensure maximum impact
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance our learning strategies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, organizational development) preferred
- Proven experience in curriculum design, adult learning principles, and instructional design methodologies
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize competing demands
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
