TAG Heuer is seeking a innovative and dedicated Materials Innovation Scientist to join our Research and Development team. As a Materials Innovation Scientist at TAG Heuer, you will be at the forefront of our sustainable initiatives, contributing to the development of cutting-edge materials and processes that will shape the next generation of our timepieces.
Responsibilities:
- Research, develop, and evaluate new sustainable materials for our timepieces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable materials into product designs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of sustainable processes
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in sustainable materials and technologies
- Participate in environmental impact assessments and sustainability initiatives
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Material Science, Chemistry, or related field
- Proven experience in materials research and innovation, preferably within a watchmaking or luxury goods industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly materials and processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility
